Longleaf Neighborhood Association
The Longleaf Neighborhood Association (LNA) is Longleaf's homeowners association (or HOA.) LNA is responsible for the enforcement of the Master Declaration and Deed Restrictions (collectively referred to as "Covenants" or "restrictive covenants"), and is governed by the adopted by-laws. The services provided are:
- Administrative
- Financial
- Architectural reviews
- Enforcement activities
- Legal
- Insurance provision
Through various committees, LNA sponsors community activities for residents and the general public, and enacts and enforces community rules as allowed by the Covenants.
