Welcome to the official web site for Longleaf Community Development District. This site is funded on behalf of the Community Development District (CDD) in an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the district, and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day operations of the community. These agencies include, but are not limited to Pasco county and the Longleaf homeowner's association.

AMR Notice
Pasco County will begin installing Reclaimed Water Meters on all residences in the upcoming months. We have been informed that sometime in the next few weeks their contractor Matchpoint will be in the Longleaf Community contacting residents and completing the install. They will be providing each resident with a copy of this letter, please contact the county with any questions.
Notice
Longleaf Staff will be available at the Town Hall specifically for Access Card Set Up, Town Hall Rentals, and other resident services from 12:00-1:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday and Thursday.
