Welcome to the official web site for Longleaf Community Development District. This site is funded on behalf of the Community Development District (CDD) in an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the district, and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day operations of the community. These agencies include, but are not limited to Pasco county and the Longleaf homeowner's association.

To All Residents! The Board of Supervisors of the Longleaf CDD would like to announce that Seat 1 (expiring in November 2010) on the Board is now vacant.
The Board requests that any resident interested in the position submit a letter of interest and resume to the District Manager at info@dms-us.com or 2002 North Lois Avenue, Suite 507, Tampa, Florida 33607 no later then July 8, 2009 so that the Board may review them in order to make a decision at the July 16th meeting at 6:30 pm at the Town Hall.
